Warranty Policy
Planet Green cartridges are remanufactured under controlled production standards designed to deliver consistent performance and reliability.
Product Warranty
Planet Green warrants that each cartridge will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and storage conditions.
If a Planet Green cartridge is determined to be defective, Planet Green will, at its discretion, replace the cartridge or provide appropriate credit.
Equipment Protection Assurance
Planet Green further warrants that, when used in accordance with the printer manufacturer’s operating specifications, its cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to printing equipment.
Planet Green cartridges are designed for use in compatible equipment and will not void a printer manufacturer’s warranty when properly installed and used as directed.
If a claim involves alleged equipment damage, Planet Green requires reasonable documentation, including:
- A written statement from an authorized service provider on company letterhead
- Return of the cartridge in question for inspection
Limitation of Liability
Planet Green’s liability is limited to replacement, repair, or reimbursement of the purchase price of the defective cartridge.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
